My First Blog Post

So this is my very first blog post! I am mainly making this blog for accountability but I'd also love to share some recipes and tips a long the way. My starting weight was 245 and I am currently weighing in at 241. My goal was to be at 230 by 11/14 but I am not sure if I will reach that at this point, but I can always try my hardest. My strategies to lose weight are:
Drink 2-3 gallons of water per day
Go to the gym every day
Track all of my activies and calories on LiveStrong.com
Net 800 calories (not eat but net)
Post my day here on this blog!
